The Grapevine Mission
Our mission at Grapevine Studies is to provide believers the tools they need to know God's word and disciple others. With our teaching method and Bible curriculums parents and teachers can effectively disciple their children and students so that they are equipped to reach the world with the truth of the Gospel.

The Grapevine Method

Grapevine Studies teaches the Bible as if it were a puzzle, doing the frame first. Once the framework is in place (the timeline) then individual pieces (Bible passages, characters, and events) are much easier to place and understand in the context of the "whole puzzle" (the whole counsel of the Word of God).

We honestly love Grapevine Studies. I have bought many bible studies for my children and none compare to this one. It's interactive, uses all the learning styles (which is great because both my childrens'-and mine-are different) and it makes learning the BIBLE fun! I am truly amazed on how simple the stick-figures make learning both the Old and New Testaments easy to understand and learn; not just memorize, but able to put the information into your long-term memory files...

I opted to receive all E-books. Both for the student/teacher overviews. Being overseas, if I can get it now rather than later-works for me. The only thing is that I have to print out week by week for the Student overviews (both Old and New Testament) and just go off my saved file for the teacher's overview. So, I don't use up all my ink.

Also, after printing them out (student) I make a 3-hole punch and place them into separate folders for my boys. Grapevine Studies is easy to use and very amusing, fun, and we are learning our Bible along the way. I will definitely use more products in the future from Grapevines Studies.

Students read passages from the Bible and draw (or take notes on) each section of Scripture, using what we at Grapevine Studies call stick figuring. Stick figuring is using stick figures, symbols, colors, charts, and words to illustrate each Bible passage. This method allows students to interact with the Bible passage and be as creative as they desire.

Teacher and Student Supply List
• Teacher supplies: a Bible, Grapevine Studies Teacher Guide, a dry erase board, dry erase markers of various colors, wall maps, a Bible dictionary or Strong’s Concordance.
• Student supplies: a Bible, Grapevine Studies Student Book, pencil or pen, and colored pencils or pens.

I am not a artist by heart, so the stick figuring is my kind of ART! LOL! It's basic enough for my 7 year old to keeps my 11 year old's attention--who loves to draw!! He does take a little more time because he likes more detail...which is fine. I don't put a limit on this for now (Summertime).

I like the fact that we can use the version of the Bible to our preference. We read out of our Bible, I review the teacher's guide, draw my stick figures on a dry-ease board and then we go from there. The children have their map colors and they both even have their own small dry-ease board for reviewing their scriptures and highlights.

At the end of each section there is a review sheet for the highlights of the section and an area for the section verse(s). We have adjusted a bit, so that we write the highlights on an index card and on another index card--the verse(s). Once this year's reviews (for each section) is complete--we'll have a wonderful array of scripture/highlight cards to look on for years to come.
