I just read about this on a forum and wanted to share...you can download .pdf or if you have a Kindle and/or other formats you can do also. I just recently bought this through Amazon, but it's nice to have on .pdf format too!!

I downloaded this for free the other day!
Yep!! Excited that I can go through it also! I have heard praise/scares because of the information in it, but heard that through AO --they have a schedule/planner that can follow along with it...I will be searching for that one!
